I just got back from a 3.77 mile run. I pushed my pace a little bit harder today. I ran up av drive to floral valley and around the fields up there, then back down av drive around my street to my house. It took exactly 30:01.13 to run it, and my estimated calories burnt was 813.4. I weighed myself after this run and i had lost two pounds. overall, I feel pretty good.
That's a pretty good pace for practice. As far as weighing yourself, your weight can vary by what time of day it is and when you last ate. The best thing to do is weigh yourself at the same time every day. I always do it right before showering and write it on a calender in my bathroom. (this way I am weighed naked so clothes don't ever effect my weight).
